As of November 2024, I am the Designated Broker for Designated PRO Realty, servicing the Valley of the Sun with the goal of being your Forever Realtor.

For 27 years, I was a vested partner with Keller Williams in Arizona, and held my license there for as long as I had been a Realtor up to that point (since 1997). I was also previously active in California from 2004-2008 at the Keller Williams Beverly Hills office where I specialized in the relocation of California homeowners to Arizona and vice versa. At the time of my departure from Keller Williams in late 2024, my name still sat among the top 1% of lifetime profit share earners within the Keller Williams System globally.

My personal experience in Real Estate investing since 2002 offers a unique skill set to investors looking for an investor-friendly Realtor who understands the viewpoint of an investor, and can evaluate properties for various strategies including house hacking, BRRRR strategy, fix & flips, long term buy and holds, 1031 exchanges, STRs, and so much more.

I hold a CNE (Certified Negotiations Expert) designation which equips me to be a strong negotiator on your behalf. Less than 1% of all agents Nationwide possess this crucial expertise. I have also been certified as an eAgent, demonstrating mastery of eAgentC technology tools, which improves the manner in which I search for properties, utilize Internet resources and convey information to you through the use of the Internet and other technological means.

I have previously served as a member of both the Citywide Agent Leadership Council and the Agent Leadership Council of the Keller Williams market center that I worked from in Arizona. I wrote a Q&A Real Estate column for the Scottsdale Airpark News Magazine for over 2 years. 

Personally, I went through a name change due to my marriage in 2009. As many had known me as Cara Breese, I have since become Cara Lonsdale. From a business perspective, I became Cara Lonsdale, PLLC in 2011.  In 2024, after careful thought and consideration, I made the decision to leave Keller Williams and pursue a new path to start my own Real Estate brokerage.  I became a licensed broker and started Designated Pro Realty.

Family is paramount in my life. Along with my husband, Brady, I am parent to a beautiful daughter named Taylor, and three sons, Jaxon, Tucker, and Oliver. They are the driving force behind my decision to enter into the Real Estate Industry so many years ago when Taylor was just a little toddler.
